TELESCOPIC CYLINDERS

Hydraulic CYLINDERS are devices that use the pressure of a fluid (usually oil) to create a force or linear motion. They are used in a variety of industries, such as industry, agriculture, automotive, and construction, mainly where large forces are required with relatively small working spaces.

Structure of a hydraulic cylinder:
1.Cylinder - is the main component of the cylinder, which houses the piston and hydraulic oil.

2. Piston - moves within the cylinder, converting oil pressure into linear motion.

3. Pipes and valves - are responsible for supplying oil to the cylinder and draining it back.

4. Control valve - regulates the flow of oil, which helps control the force and speed of the cylinder's movement.

5. Seals - prevent oil leakage by maintaining pressure in the system.

Hydraulic cylinders work by transferring pressure from a fluid (usually oil) to a piston that moves in a cylinder. Oil under high pressure enters the cylinder chamber, pushing the piston out and generating movement. The force generated by the cylinder depends on the surface area of the piston and the oil pressure.
